14-Day Fast-Close Opportunity

4-in-1, 15-Language Mobile Game Asset

WordES is a pre-revenue mobile game asset acquisition opportunity, not a revenue-multiple startup listing.

WordES is a multilingual 4-in-1 mobile word/party game ecosystem designed for short everyday play, solo sessions, family nights, team play, and party-style entertainment. It combines four replayable game modes — Taboo, Riddle, Charades, and Word Master — inside one scalable mobile game foundation.

The project is positioned as a mobile game asset / source-code acquisition opportunity for a buyer with marketing, publishing, technical validation, or user acquisition capability.

Important Positioning

WordES is presented as a pre-revenue mobile game asset acquisition opportunity, not as a revenue-multiple operating business.

All projections, market references, strategic scenarios, and buyer-side potential discussions are illustrative only and are not guarantees of revenue, profit, growth, downloads, valuation, or acquisition outcome.

The domain wordesgamesale.com is used only as a temporary sales / landing page domain and is not included in the asset sale unless separately agreed in writing.

SECTION 4

MONETIZATION MODEL

WordES uses a dual monetization model.

Free users are monetized through interstitial and rewarded ads. Premium users can purchase one-time lifetime premium access.

Premium access can unlock:

  • Ad-free gameplay
  • Offline gameplay access
  • Free letter/hint access
  • Free answer reveal access
  • Unlimited-access diamond display/state for premium-related actions

The app also includes rewarded ad logic, daily rewarded diamond access, temporary premium flows, daily rewards, and diamond economy mechanics.

Live AdMob IDs, store product IDs, signing credentials, and final store-side purchase/restore validation should be configured by the buyer before production release.

SECTION 5

TECHNICAL STRUCTURE

WordES is built primarily with Flutter and Dart as a single mobile codebase. The Android side includes Kotlin project components.

Game content is stored in local asset / JSON files rather than a backend database. This makes content updates, localization improvements, new categories, new themes, and future game mode expansion possible without rebuilding the core game logic.

WordES was developed as a founder-led, AI-assisted solo development project. The seller directed the product concept, game-mode structure, feature decisions, user-flow logic, testing priorities, issue identification, correction workflow, handover positioning, and overall product strategy.

AI-Assisted Development Context

AI tools were used as development support to assist with implementation, drafting, debugging, review, iteration, and content-structure preparation under the seller’s direction. WordES is not being presented as an embedded AI runtime application.

The current question/word content pool should be treated as a test-stage content foundation prepared with AI assistance for development, testing, and demonstration purposes. The buyer should review, improve, replace, or expand the content pool according to their own content-quality standards, target markets, localization strategy, copyright review, and public-release requirements before launch.

Main technologies include:

  • Flutter
  • Dart
  • Kotlin
  • Google Mobile Ads
  • In-App Purchases
  • SharedPreferences
  • JSON Assets

The Android side of the project has been tested by the seller across the main app flows on multiple Android devices, including phones and a tablet.

The project also includes an iOS-compatible Flutter architecture, and an AI-assisted code-level review did not identify obvious code-structure issues preventing iOS compatibility. However, real iOS device testing, TestFlight testing, App Store validation, and live iOS purchase/restore testing have not been completed because the seller does not currently have access to an iOS device or iOS testing environment.

The buyer should complete their own final Android/iOS, device-level, store, monetization, restore, legal, technical, and production-readiness checks before release.

SECTION 7

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

WordES has multiple growth opportunities for a buyer with marketing, publishing, or user acquisition capability.

The strongest growth path is regional expansion. The project already has a 15-language / region asset and content foundation, with locale selection and JSON-based content files in place.

Current multilingual content should be treated as AI-assisted draft content prepared as a test-stage foundation and reviewed, improved, or replaced according to the buyer’s content-quality standards, localization strategy, copyright review, and public-release requirements before serious market launch.

Potential growth paths include:

  • Regional expansion
  • Country-by-country testing
  • ASO and digital marketing
  • Social media and short-form video campaigns
  • TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and influencer content
  • Party/team-driven social discovery
  • Premium conversion optimization
  • New themed content packs
  • Regional, seasonal, family, education, horror, and difficulty-based content packs
  • New game modes using the existing architecture
  • Cross-promotion opportunities for publishers with existing mobile apps or games

These are growth opportunities, not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on the buyer’s execution, marketing budget, store setup, content quality, regional launch strategy, and product improvements.

SECTION 8

SALE REASON

The project is being sold because the seller has a fixed military service deadline, followed by major personal and family commitments, including marriage plans.

Because of this timeline, the seller cannot personally lead the launch, marketing, regional expansion, and post-launch growth phase.

This is a time-sensitive sale. The seller is available to actively handle buyer discussions, due diligence coordination, and handover preparation until around May 15–16. After May 25, the seller will be away for military service and needs to reserve the final days before leaving for personal preparation and family matters.

WordES is not being sold because of product failure or lack of belief in the opportunity. It was built with category-leader ambition in its word/party game category, but future results depend on the buyer’s own publishing, marketing, content-quality improvements, store setup, technical validation, and growth execution.

SECTION 9

FINANCING AND OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE

WordES has been fully bootstrapped and self-funded by the seller. No venture capital, angel investment, crowdfunding, grants, or external loans were used to build the project.

The product was created through the seller’s own development work, personal time, and limited personal resources. To the seller’s knowledge, there are no outside investors, lender obligations, or financing-related ownership claims connected to the project.

This makes the acquisition structure simpler for the right buyer: the WordES-related source/project files, seller-owned transferable rights, content structure, monetization logic, premium model, and expansion foundation can be transferred without investor approval or external financing obligations.

SECTION 10

IMPORTANT BUYER NOTES

WordES is currently pre-revenue. The sale is positioned as a mobile game asset / source-code acquisition opportunity, not as a revenue-multiple startup sale.

The buyer should complete their own final:

  • Technical due diligence
  • Legal due diligence
  • Store setup checks
  • Monetization validation
  • Restore validation
  • Android/iOS testing
  • Device-level testing
  • Production-readiness checks
  • Live AdMob configuration
  • Live purchase setup
  • App Store / Google Play requirements

before production release.

No revenue, store approval, iOS approval, trademark approval, or specific growth outcome is guaranteed.

SECTION 11

SUGGESTED BUYER PROFILE

  • Mobile game publishers

  • App acquisition buyers
  • Game studios
  • Regional publishers
  • User acquisition teams
  • Buyers with ASO/digital marketing capability
